This was a children’s summer project held in 2003, at the Soanes Centre and nature reserve in Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park. It was organised in collaboration with the Friends of Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park and funded by the Local Network Children’s Fund.

The children experimented with sponge printing and were encouraged to explore their impressions of nature in field trips into the Nature Reserve. They created big group pictures based on the seasons and themes of nature.

An exhibition of the children’s finished pictures was held at the end of the project and postcards were made for the Friends of Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park.
